Donald R. Webb
Donald Webb is the Chief, Planning and Evaluation, for the Drug Enforcement Administration, Office of Training. The DEA Office of Training is located in Quantico, Virginia. As the Chief, Planning and Evaluation, Mr. Webb has responsibility for providing leadership and strategic planning direction and guidance to the DEA Office of Training in the delivery of both law enforcement and non-law enforcement training to DEA personnel and appropriate federal, state, local, and foreign law enforcement counterparts.
Mr. Webb previously served as the Deputy Personnel Officer for DEA, and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Division. This was a multi-disciplinary personnel program and consisted of staffing, classification, employee relations, employee benefits, health services, fitness, safety, drug deterrence, employee assistance, and a career promotion assessment center for criminal investigators.
Mr. Webb attended undergraduate school at Southern University, A&M College, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, graduating Magnum Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Political Science. He continued his educational pursuits at Howard University, Washington, DC, and received a Master's in Public Administration. He currently serves as the Chair of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) Board.
Mr. Webb has been married for more than 30 years. He and his wife have three sons and three daughters.
