Mr. Jeffrey Fuller holds the permanent position of Executive Director, Office of Training & Development, U.S. Customs & Border Protection.  In this position, Mr. Fuller is responsible for the executive direction and management of all development, delivery, and evaluation of the training for CBP’s basic training programs nationwide. 

Mr. Fuller served as Division Director, Training Production & Standards, from January 2005 to February 2011.  In this position, Mr. Fuller was responsible for overseeing the design and development of training that supports the CBP mission and strategic goals, meets the needs of a diverse and dispersed workforce, and contributes to measurable outcomes and results.
 
Mr. Fuller served as the Acting Deputy Commissioner, Office of Training & Development, from March 2009 to August 2009 and from November 2010 to February 2011.  In this capacity, Mr. Fuller oversaw the daily operation of six training divisions, five training academies, and over nine hundred training personnel.  Mr. Fuller also served as Acting Director, Field Operations Academy, from August 2009 to January 2010.  In this position, Mr. Fuller was responsible for the management, administration, and technical direction of operations which included basic, advanced, and in-service training of uniformed and non-uniformed personnel.

Mr. Fuller is a member of the Senior Executive Service and has been the recipient of many awards for government service, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary’s Award for Excellence, as well as several Customs & Border Protection Commissioner’s Awards.  Mr. Fuller holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a graduate of the Harvard University Senior Executive Fellows (SEF) Program.
