Future Assessment Dates
The FLETA OA is preparing for future FLETA Board meetings. As part of the preparation the OA has developed a schedule for FLETA Assessments. Agencies are encouraged to select a week for their FLETA Assessment as soon as possible for future meetings. This will allow the both the agency and the OA to effectively plan for the assessments and allow better communication with our assessors. The agency will still need to complete their Self-Assessment Report and turn it in to the OA at least 30 days prior to the scheduled FLETA Assessment; the report will be the determining factor as to going forward with the FLETA Assessment.
The below link is a listing of future FLETA Assessment dates for 2008 and 2009. Agencies are encouraged to select FLETA Assessment dates in line with their accreditation goals and early as possible. For initial accreditation - a date for FLETA Assessment must be selected a minimum of 120 days out or the date the Self-Assessment report is provided to the FLETA OA will determine the track to FLETA Board Review. For reaccreditation - a date for FLETA Assessment must be selected at least six month in advance. If an agency does not select a date listed above, the date of the Self Assessment Report will determine when the agency will be reviewed by the FLETA Board.
