The training was conducted both in-person and via Microsoft Teams. Twenty attendees from the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and USAMPS participated in the program and included accreditation staff, training specialists, instructional systems designers, and other training staff who support U.S. Army training programs nationally. On July 24, 2025, PM Allen was provided with a site tour of the USAMPS and CID facilities. Additionally, PM Allen provided a briefing to U.S. Marine Corp leadership which was followed by a site tour.
FLETA Fundamentals is typically a one-day workshop for delivery to training organization personnel as they prepare and support the organization's accreditation efforts, but may be modified to include: building files, managing annual reports, completing a corrective action plan, and assessing files. FLETA Fundamentals may be delivered in-person or online. Online sessions may be recorded and provided securely to the organization for delivering in-house training or as a reference.
