The FLETA Procedures and Standards Manual is the foundation for all Accreditation Managers (AMs). New AMs developing their skills should follow the below recommended building blocks to obtain proficiency as an AM:
- Attend a FLETA Fundamentals (contact your FLETA Program Manager to schedule an agency-specific program)
- Attend the Assessor Training Program, and participate in FLETA and/or Self-Assessment
- Complete FLETA Monthly Workshops and FLETA Web-Based Training to garner additional information that will help you manage your agency's accreditation (contact your FLETA Program Manager for links to these online training options)
- Attend Board Meetings and other training opportunities, as available.
