Dr. Hilary Bennett leads the Office of Leadership and Career Development (OLCD) as the Deputy Assistant Director. She champions training and development for the workforce through a staff of 50 and seven main lines of effort: Instructional content development, facilitation and instruction, evaluation and accreditation, learning management systems and education technology, learning data and metrics, training implementation support, and management of the Leadership Development Center in Texas.
