Program Manager Christiana Halsey teaching a FLETA Fundamentals

Program Manager Christiana Halsey conducted a two-day FLETA Fundamentals to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Academy and Office of Leadership and Career Development (OLCD) in Glynco, GA, August 1-2, 2018. The first day included an overview of the FLETA process, discussion of conducting a gap analysis, and a standard-by-standard discussion. During the second day, the participants received an introduction on accreditation file construction and management, and experienced the process that FLETA assessors use when reviewing accreditation files.
FLETA Fundamentals is typically a one-day workshop for delivery to agency personnel as they prepare and support the agency's accreditation efforts. Click Here for more information on topics that may be included in an agency-specific FLETA Fundamentals.
