On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, FLETA Office of Accreditation Executive Director Joseph Collins hosted a live and online town hall meeting. During the town hall, Mr. Collins discussed the November 6-8, 2018 FLETA Board meeting. In his briefing, Mr. Collins explained the business conducted and decisions made by the FLETA Board, as well as training and activities of the FLETA community who attended the meeting.
Ten members of the FLETA community attended the town hall in person at the FLETC Glynco, and twenty-four members attended online or via conference phone. A recording of the town hall is available for viewing by following this link: https://share.dhs.gov/fleta_town_hall_nov_2018/
The Office of Accreditation conducts town halls as a way to reach members of the FLETA community who were unable to attend the Board meeting, provide a summary of activities during the meeting, and answer questions.
