On July 27, 2023, the USAMPS Director of Training and Education and seventeen members of his executive team received a leadership briefing on the FLETA process as it relates and supports the USAMPS strategic planning.

FLETA Fundamentals is typically a one-day workshop for delivery to training organization personnel as they prepare and support the organization's accreditation efforts, but may be modified to include: building files, managing annual reports, completing a corrective action plan, and assessing files. The Fundamentals may be delivered in-person or online. Online sessions may be recorded and provided securely to the organization for delivering in-house training or as a reference.
